Experience Metrolink
Experience Metrolink gives Inland Empire commuters a reason to try regional rail. When Media Beef came onto the project, the user experience was the problem standing between a good program idea and a public launch.
We delivered a full UI/UX package, then built the campaign infrastructure around it: a landing page, an onboarding email series, paid media, and print collateral. The UX work targeted abandonment: we found and removed the steps where interested commuters were dropping out of the application.
The program moved from a soft launch of roughly 900 participants to 5,860 cumulative participants through September 2025, and the growth came substantially through marketing channels we own and operate for the program. In the first quarter of FY25-26, 68.6 percent of applicants reported finding the program through the IE Commuter website.
The program's results were recognized as a key factor in IE Commuter's 2025 ACT TDM Industry Impact Award.
