Lead marketing agency for the Inland Empire's commuter assistance program since 2015, across outreach, employer engagement, incentives, and the ridematching platform itself.
Experience Metrolink
We rebuilt the user experience and the campaign engine for a rail incentive program that grew from roughly 900 soft-launch participants to 5,860 cumulative participants.

2026 ACT National Award, Outstanding TDM Strategy
IE Commuter, the RCTC and SBCTA commuter assistance program, was named one of ten national awardees at the 40th Annual ACT International Conference in Philadelphia on July 29, 2026, with RCTC and Media Beef team members on stage together for the ceremony.
2025 ACT TDM Industry Impact Award
IE Commuter took the award at the 39th Annual ACT International Conference in New Orleans on August 6, 2025. The citation: 8.6 million vehicle miles reduced program-wide, 7.5 percent vanpool growth, and more than 1,000 new incentive participants.
